How to Create the Life You Want

This episode is about how to be more intentional about your life so you can create it the way you want. If you want something to change in your life, your mind and actions have to change. I give insight on how to create meaningful goals in every area in your life, particularly the ones where you experience pain, such as in your marriage, with your body or even your career.
