10 Minute Guided Meditation: Learn How to Trust Again

We are doing a simple guided meditation on trusting again. When you have been hurt and betrayed by someone you loved, it is natural to want to put your walls up and no longer trust others. It is difficult to be vulnerable because your mind is literally telling you that you have to protect yourself. The purpose of this meditation is to create new belief systems within your mind so you can trust again.
